Au pairs and families create a verified profile. The same questions an agency would ask — language skills, experience with kids, family setup, preferences — but self-driven and without an upfront fee.
Takes: 10–20 minutes
Our matching algorithm shows each family the au pairs that actually fit — based on 14 criteria (age, languages, experience, target country, start date, …). Au pairs see families that fit them. Both sides choose freely.
First matches: usually within 48 hours
Chat directly in the app — messages auto-translate to your mother tongue. Video calls for a real first conversation. We recommend at least three calls before either side decides.
Window: 2–4 weeks
We provide the contract (legally sound, in both languages) and walk you through every step of the visa process for your country. Authority checklist and travel-health-insurance recommendation included.
Processing: 4–12 weeks depending on country
After arrival we stay alongside you: weekly pulse-checks, 7-day rapid response when something goes wrong, mediation in conflicts, and — when needed — fast transfer to another family in the same country.
