AuPairGo is a small team in Düsseldorf. We post open roles here before we look anywhere else. If you'd be a fit but the role doesn't exist yet: write to us anyway.
We only open roles when the work can no longer be done by the existing team. So: rarely, but when we do, there's a lot of ownership from day one.
The process is short — an intro chat, a technical conversation, references, yes or no within two weeks. No weekend homework, no five-round panels.
We're building a product for au pairs and families — two groups who differ sharply in life stage, language and worries. Whoever works here talks to both.
Engineers write code, designers ship interfaces themselves, support folks know the product in detail. We value depth of craft over breadth of title.
If an idea is bad, we say so — internally and externally. Marketing without backing is off the table here.
Everything we write has to work in at least two languages. Anyone who only thinks in one notices quickly what's missing.
We hire when the work demands it. Right now everything runs with the team we have. Still: if you'd be a good fit and want to join down the road, write to us. We keep a short list and reach out when something opens up.
Send us a short note about you, a CV or portfolio — and why AuPairGo. No formal cover letter needed; one honest paragraph is enough.
