For au pairs

Become an au pair — and stay in control.

You pick your family yourself. You decide when to start. We deliver visa, contract, insurance and stay with you all year. Always free for you.

What's different here

Four things that matter to you.

Always free

Profile, chat, matching, visa help, support — you pay nothing. No hidden fees at the end either.

You pick the family

No agency assigning a family to you. You see every family that fits you and decide for yourself.

In your language

Chat messages auto-translate. Your profile, your contract, the visa guide — all available in your mother tongue.

Visa help, step by step

We walk you through every step — from application to embassy appointment. With checklists and templates for every country.

Your journey

Three stages — then you go.

  1. 1

    Prepare

Create your profile, add languages + experience, pick your target country. About 10–20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Match & meet

Families that fit you are shown to you. Chat + video call directly in the app. You decide who you want to keep talking to.

  3. 3

    Arrive & stay supported

Contract, visa, flight. We help at every step. After arrival: weekly pulse-checks and 7-day rapid response if something goes wrong.

Requirements

What you should bring.

  • ·Age between 18 and 26 (varies by country)
  • ·Basic knowledge of the local language (e.g. A2 for Germany, often A1 is enough)
  • ·Experience with children (babysitting, siblings, internship, …)
  • ·Driving licence helpful, but not mandatory in many families
  • ·Background check (we help you obtain it)
  • ·Passport, valid at least 6 months past the end of the au-pair year
  • ·Health check (mandatory for the visa in some countries)
  • ·Open to a new culture and a year of family life

Exact requirements vary by destination country — see our country guides for details on Germany, the US, the UK, Spain and others.

Create your profile — free.

10 minutes is enough for the first step. You commit to nothing.
